This class is being repeated by popular demand!

You will learn to make sourdough starter using two different methods; capturing the wild yeasts in our environment is the ancient and more challenging method, and using a bit of commercial yeast to get started gives more predictable results.
Both methods will give you wonderful baked goods and can become a “hobby” with terrific benefits! In this class, you will be putting together both kinds of starters to take home, with directions on the care and nurturing of this new living addition to your household!
The class includes a notebook with lots of take-home materials and recipes for you to “start” with. This includes a new Cuban Sandwich roll recipe I have been making that my family can’t get enough of (and that even includes picky seven and ten-year-olds!)
