Class I will cover the basics of yeast bread making, including an overview of sourdough starter and its usage.
Homemade bread is a blessing and making it fresh for your family (and friends!) is a wonderful way to ensure they are being nourished both physically and emotionally. Crafting bread is a wonderful way to show you care about their health and well-being, and it brings a sense of pride and accomplishment to the maker. The ingredients in yeast bread can be as basic as flour, yeast, water and salt. Yeast bread doughs are alive. Learning about how the yeast works for us makes it even more special.
