If you are new to home-canning and want to make the correct choices in methods, this class will help you gain confidence and overcome fear associated with being a “newbie” at preserving nature’s bounty. We will cover safety, necessary equipment, reliable sources of information, and how to choose the correct method to safely preserve foods by canning.
