This class will give you the information you need to begin baking your own economical, delicious, versatile, nutritious yeast breads that are easy and quick to create. We will create a multiple-use dough that requires little work and time to produce. You will learn proper kneading and loaf-forming techniques, as well as resting the dough and allowing it to rise properly and bake to perfection!
Saturday January 27, 2024 10 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 2 p.m.- 5 p.m.
Cost is $20 plus $5 material. You will be taking home a loaf of home-made bread!
