This class will cover the various ways in which exercise affects both the brain and the body. And, because no one exercise program is right for everyone we will discuss how to customize the correct exercise program for each individual and tips on how to incorporate these exercises into our daily lives.
When people discuss emergency preparedness one topic which is overlooked, far too often, is physical and mental preparedness. Health and wellness expert, Crystal Linn, will present a series of 6 classes to share practical tips and simple ideas on how to become physically and mentally prepared for any emergency at any time.
